We would then conduct further research, interviews and meetings with clients and Pulpmaster for analysis of the model. The obtained information would then be processed and a final analysis be done. This would necessitate meeting with clients to confirm business model analysis. We achieved this and went ahead to draft the project and the client proofed the project draft. A final step in our project plan was to conduct post implementation review. Here, we envisaged to edit and print a final copy of the project, create project presentation material and rehearse the presentation. All the members executed their duties satisfactorily.
